The LEJIEYIN Team Electric Grain Grinder Grinder can mill high volumes of grains such as soy, corn, barley, rice, wheat, oats, rye, peas, mung beans, and coffee beans, as well as spices like star anise, fennel, pepper, cinnamon, and rosemary, to make flour and recipes incredibly easy. Owning your own grain mill will allow you to control exactly what goes into your bread, baking, and other cooking.

The fineness of the powder varies with the grinding time, and you can control the grinding time or the number of grindings according to your needs. It is recommended to grind no more than 2/3 of the tank capacity at a time, and the grinding time should not exceed 3 minutes, with a 5-10 minute rest period after each session.

The grinder pulverizes materials through high-speed rotation and collision, which generates heat and causes the machine to heat up. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the normal use of the grinder. It is recommended to use a brush or towel to clean the cabin and not to wash it with water directly, as water in the motor may cause safety hazards.

The LEJIEYIN 1000g Electric Stainless Steel High-speed Grain Grinder Mill is made of stainless steel and features a 3-layer blade design, including powder blade (impact crush), rotary blade (cycle grinding), and dust removal blade (clean the bottom), which can produce a fineness of 50-300 mesh. The machine also has a lid buckle design for secure locking during grinding to prevent powder spillage, and an upgraded air overload protection that automatically stops the machine when overloaded, allowing for simple restart.

Additionally, the machine has a timing switch that allows you to adjust the grinding time within 0-5 minutes, and a 180° swing type design that makes it more convenient to pour the powder out than the upright type.
